Lecithin Complex consists of phospholipids that are an integral part of our cell membranes and has an impact on the function of the cells in organs and tissues.

Lecithin contains phosphate idylcholine. Choline helps to maintain the normal function of the liver. Also contributes to a normal metabolism of fats and homocysteine.

Lecithin is available in various forms (the scientific name is phosphatidylcholine), i.a. granulated, which can be taken with water or other liquid. Can be sprinkled on muesli, yogurt and foods a like. In 2 level teaspoons of granulated lecithin you get around 175 mg of choline.

Lecithin is used primarily to replace animal (saturated) cooking fats. Lecithin is found primarily in egg yolks, legumes, sunflower and flax seeds.
