The terms and conditions below apply to all purchases made at the Natur-Drogeriet Consumer Webshop.

We ship orders on all business days with expected delivery within 1-3 business days. If you place your order prior to 12:30 AM (11 AM on Fridays), we will ship your order on the same day.
We ship only to addresses in Denmark and Sweden.
Shipping costs for Danish addresses: DKK 39 (regardless of shipping agent). Orders of DKK 299+ are sent free of charge to addresses in Denmark. Packages are delivered by PostNord.
Shipping costs for Swedish addresses: DKK 69. Orders of DKK 499+ are sent free of charge to addresses in Sweden.
How to order
You add products to your shopping basket and follow the check-out steps. The final step is your order acceptance and payment. Subsequently you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you indicated in your order.
When you enter your order, you have the option to write a comment. Please note that your order may be delayed by a day to allow us to read and act upon your comment.
You may choose to register as a webshop user – but it is not a prerequisite for shopping from the Natur-Drogeriet Customer Webshop. Having a user profile allows you to see your previous orders, create lists of favourite products etc.
Cancellation of orders
If you accept an order by mistake, you may – unless it has already been shipped – cancel it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number.
If a product is sold out, you must put it on your next order. It will not be shipped to you automatically when it is back in stock.
Withdrawal and order returns
As a consumer, you have a two-week right from your receipt or pick-up of your order to withdraw from your purchase. When you have notified us that you want to withdraw from your purchase you have two weeks to return the products. The following conditions apply:
- You must not open the product or use it to such an extent that it is impossible for us to resell it. If this is the case, you must pay for the product due to depreciation.
- Upon request, we will email you a return label (which will ensure that we pay return costs).
- If the returned products are resellable, you will be refunded within two weeks.

- In accordance with the departmental order regarding the sale of over-the-counter medicines under the Danish Medicines Act, section 15, subsection 2, we are not allowed to sell medicines that have been returned from a customer. Hence, we must regard herbal medicines as 100 % depreciated, and you will not receive a refund for such products.
The Danish Sale of Goods Act stipulates a two-year complaints right from the day you receive your order. If you want to complain about a product, you must contact us before returning the product.
The most important rule is that you complain about a product as soon as possible. Please contact us on email@example.com or (+45) 86 92 33 33 to discuss further proceedings.
Situations differ between complaints, and so do solutions. If your complaint is justified, you may have a new product, a refund or a discount.

If you live in a European Union country outside Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission Online Dispute Resolution.
Prices and payments
All prices indicated on www.natur-drogeriet.dk are inclusive of VAT. You pay upon completing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Payments will be indicated in your account as ‘Natur-Drogeriet A/S’.
For IT security reasons, the EU has adopted two-factor authentication for all online purchases. This implies that you must approve and confirm your payment before your purchase is completed.

The MobilePay solution is based on two-factor authentication so if you use MobilePay to pay for your Natur-Drogeriet purchases, there will be no changes to the procedure.
If you use your VISA/Dankort, you must approve your payment with NemID. This authentication is easy to perform if you use your NemID code app or your NemID code token.
Please note that the use of a NemID code card is no longer a valid option.
Personal password + text message code
You may also choose to authenticate your purchases with a personal password and an SMS code. The first time you want to authenticate an online purchase (with any online shop), you will be asked to register a personal password and your phone number to your payment card – and confirm your entries with your NemId. You authenticate all subsequent purchases with your password and a one-time authorization code than you receive in a text message.
