Recommended use:. ½-1 tsp. seeds per cup of boiling water. Strain with a tea filter. Drawing time: 5-10 min. Can also be used as a spice. Store in a dark, cool place.

In USA and Canada, the plant is called cilantro.
Coriander seeds have a very different taste from fresh coriander. Seeds are more fruity and nutty than leaves, stems and roots. You may bring out the nutty taste of coriander seeds by dry-roasting them briefly on a hot frying pan.
