Powder mix with glucomannan fibres from the konjac root

  • Glucomannan helps to maintain a normal blood cholesterol level
  • Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in connection with a calorie-reduced diet
  • Must be ingested with plenty of water or other types of liquid

Recommended use:. Adults: 1 measuring spoon dissolved in plenty of liquid and ingested immediately. Weight loss: 1 measuring spoon 3 times per day before a meal. Normalisation of blood cholesterol: 1 scoop 4 times per day. Contains sweeteners. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. The powder MUST be ingested with 1-2 glasses of water to avoid blockage of the oesophagus. This is particularly important for people who suffer from dysphagia (difficulty swallowing). Store at room temperature, dry and out of direct sunlight.

Lightweight is a powder mix consisting of - among other substances - glucomannan fibres from konjac roots, inulin from chicory roots and raspberry powder (for a delicious, natural flavour).

Glucomannan fibres contribute to weight loss in connection with a calorie-reduced diet (a minimum of 3 g per day) and to the maintenance of a normal blood colesterol level (a minimum of 4 g per day).

Water-soluble fibres absorb their own weight several times when dissolved in liquid. This creates a gel that fills the stomach, so you feel full faster.
