Recommended use:. For cosmetic purposes Whitening of teeth: brush your teeth as usual. Clean your toothbrush. Apply MSM powder to the wet toothbrush. Wait until the powder has absorbed the moisture from the brush. Brush your teeth and rinse with water. Brush your teeth as usual. Repeat twice a day.
