Recommended use:. For cosmetic purposes Whitening of teeth: brush your teeth as usual. Clean your toothbrush. Open a capsule and apply the contents to the wet toothbrush. Wait until the powder has absorbed the moisture from the brush. Brush your teeth and rinse with water. Brush your teeth as usual. Repeat twice a day. the powder may lump in the capsule. then use more water to dissolve.
