Recommended use:. 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling or 70-80°C water. Let brew for 3-5 minutes and strain before serving. Store dry and not too hot.
Tea comes in three variants: black, green and white. The latter is the milder one. They all come from the same bush - their differences stem from the treatment after picking. White tea consists of virgin shoots that are picked in early Spring before bloom, thus, production is fairly limited.
White tea is the variant with the least amount of caffeine.
