Recommended use:. 1-2 tsp per cup of 70-80ºC warm water. Strain with a tea filter. Brew for 3-5 minutes. 1-3 cups daily.
Pu-erh is produced in the Yunnan Province in the southwestern part of China, close to the Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar borders.
It is a very special tea with its unique taste that develops from a fermentation process. When harvested, pu-erh tea is rolled and sundried before fermentation. Next steps are drying and packing.
There are two types of Pu-erh tea: "raw" (sheng pu-erh) and "ripe" (shou pu-erh). Our Pu-erh tea is "raw", which means that the aroma is fresh with a sweet aftertaste.
