Recommended use:. ½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Drink 1-3 cups per day.
Meadowsweet leaves have an aromatic, spicy scent, and flowers contain essential oils with an intoxicating sweetness. This may be the reason why meadowsweet is often used for brewing beer, mead and bitters.
