Root of elecampane is excellent for a nice cup of winter tea.

Recommended use:. 1 level tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Drink 1 cup with each meal. May also be used for bitters.
The elecampane plant is native to Southeastern and Central Europe, Western Asia and North America. It has a bitter and warm taste which is excellent for both tea, beer and bitters.
