Recommended use:. 1 tbs seeds per 1/4 litre of water. Leave to soak overnight. Boil for 5-7 minutes and strain before use. The decoction is now ready to drink.
Milk thistle is a beautiful plant with its characteristic purple flowers and serrated leaves with white veins.
The seeds from the beautiful plant can be used to make a bitter tea.
Ideal 30 min before heavy meals.
