Ground psyllium seeds may be used to replace cereals in baked goods
- Whole psyllium seeds
- May be used as a replacement for wheat flour and other cereals after grinding
- May be ingested in liquid with each meal
Recommended use:. ½-1 tsp with each main meal. Ingest with water, juice etc.. Must be stirred in liquid until a light gel consistency and mus be drunk before each meal. May also be used for cooking and baking.
