Recommended use:. Use as a culinary spice. For herbal tea: ½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes. 1-3 cups pr. day. May contain traces of gluten.
Coriander leaves have a strong, perfumed taste and scent of lemon, parsley and resin - some people say that it has a slightly soapy taste.
Coriander seeds have a very different taste from fresh coriander. Seeds are more fruity and nutty than leaves, stems and roots. You may bring out the nutty taste of coriander seeds by dry-roasting them briefly on a hot frying pan.
Coriander seeds can be used for soups, Indian dishes, thai curries and wok dishes. The leaves may also be used for herbal tea.
