Brottrunk is a natural non-alcoholic, non-animal and organic fermented beverage with Vitamin B12.
The lactic acid bacteria are formed by fermenting organic wholemeal bread, natural sourdough and water.

Brottrunk is a lactic acid product with live lactic bacteria. A non-alcoholic fermented beverage with Vitamin B12 - organic, non-animal and natural.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of your immune system and a normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
When bottled, Brottrunk is opaque and dark. Different concentrations occur, and you may experience variations in its sourness. When the opaqueness clears, sediments may appear. Shake well before use.
Store in an upright position upon opening. Consume within eight days in a refrigerator.
Try mixing 1/3 Brottrunk with 1/3 apple juice and 1/3 water for a tasty drink.
You can also mix 1.5 dl Brottrunk with the contents of 2-3 Fermentkorn capsules, shake well and leave to let the Fermentkorn absorb the liquid. Drink in the morning.
The 15-day Brottrunk Cure (= a box of 6 bottles): 1 dl with your breakfast, 1 dl with your evening meal and 1 dl app. 15 minutes before you brush your teeth at night.
