Subscription terms for our Newsletter

The purpose of our Newsletters is to create an interest in our company and products - and to share our extensive knowledge with you. Newsletters are issued once a month (around the 20th).

When you sign up for a Newsletter subscription, you must enter your name and your email address. We use this information to send the Newsletter to you. We also ask you to indicate your areas of interest to enable us to customise the Newsletter to your interests.

Our IT system gathers information on your Newsletter use - whether you open the Newsletters, for how long you keep them, and whether you click on embedded links. We use this information to continuously improve future Newsletters.

The legal basis for the gathering/storing/use of personal data is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) article 6, subsections b and f.

Your personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from our Newsletter - at which time your data will be deleted. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not pass on your data to any third party. Our web solutions supplier, DynamicWeb, have access to our systems as part of their data handling services to Natur-Drogeriet A/S.

Data will NOT be transferred to countries inside or outside the EU and EEA.

You have the right to know which data we store about you. You also have the right to request the deletion of incorrect information, cf. GDPR section 16. You have the right to request deletion of your information with us and our IT systems supplier DynamicWeb, cf. GDPR section 17. You use this right by unsubscribing from the Newsletter.

You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (DPA) about our handling of personal data. For details, visit the DPA website.
