Make a peppermint steam bath: Add four drops of peppermint oil to a bowl of boiling water, lean over the bowl with a towel over your head and inhale the steam.
Add a few drops to lotion or cream and rub onto your chest or between your shoulder blades. This will clear up your airways.
Dilute the drops and rub onto sore muscles. Your skin will feel cool while the oil brings warm to your muscles.
Ingest with beverages or use drops add flavour to frosting.
Put a few drops on a cotton pad and vacuum it. Your vacuum cleaner will exude a fresh, minty smell.
