Curry powder is a mix of many different spices. The yellow powder mix has a long tradition in India where each family selects the spices to go into their very own curry powders.
Curry is a versatile spice mix, used for many different casseroles and oven dishes, e.g., chicken curry, served steaming hot with rice. Curry is also perfect for salad dressings and an ingredient in various dips and sandwich spreads.
Our curry powder is available in two versions - strong (Madras) and mild (Indisk).
