Organic tahini (sesame paste)
Tahini is a versatile paste made from whole-grain sesame seeds roasted at a low temperature and ground. Roasting brings out the sesame taste and removes liquids from the seeds, increasing the shelf life considerably.
The nutrition value of sesame is high: lots of protein and fibres, and a high content of selenium, magnesium, calcium and iron.
