Herbes de Provence is a mix of dried herbs typical for the sunny region of Provence in Southeastern France. Our organic Herbes de Provence are thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender, fennel, savory and basil. Use this delicious mix to add flavour to grilled fish and meat and to vegetable casseroles, e.g. ratatouille.
