Recommended use:. ½-1 tsp /0.5-1 g) per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Max. 3 g per day.
Cistus incanus - hoary rock-rose in English - is a hardy shrub of app. 1 metres with grey-green leaves. In spring, it has a multitude of beautiful bright pink and purple flowers. It is a common sight in the Mediterranean region but too delicate to grow in Northern Europe due to heavy rain and cold weather.
Rock-rose tea has a mild and aromatic flavour.
